Ticket Redemption Instructions for LEGOLAND® Water Park Dubai Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a direct entry ticket via email. This ticket serves as your official admission pass to LEGOLAND® Water Park Dubai and eliminates the need for any additional ticket purchase upon arrival. How to Use Your Ticket: The e-ticket will be delivered to your registered email. You can present the ticket on your smartphone or as a printed copy at the park entrance. At the entry gate, simply scan the QR code displayed on your e-ticket. This allows for quick and seamless admission without waiting in line at ticket counters. There is no need to visit any separate ticket booth or customer service counter upon arrival, which saves you time and makes your entry process hassle-free. Important Tips: Ensure your device screen is adequately charged if you plan to present the ticket digitally. If you choose to print your ticket, keep it safe and dry throughout your visit. In case you do not receive your e-ticket, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If still not found, contact our customer support promptly to resend the ticket. Keep your ticket accessible during your visit, as park staff may request to scan it for re-entry or access to certain attractions. For Transfers (If Booked): If you have purchased tickets with pick-up and drop-off transfers, please ensure you have the transfer details handy. Transfer information, including pick-up time and location, will be included in your confirmation email along with your ticket. Be ready at the designated pick-up point a few minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any delays.
